Ceylon Cinnamon powder is a low-calorie spice with only twelve calories in two teaspoons of cinnamon powder. It is very low in protein and fat but does provide about 10% of the daily recommended fiber in two teaspoons of cinnamon powder. Cinnamon powder is an excellent source of manganese, providing over one-third of the recommended daily intake of manganese in a two-teaspoon serving of cinnamon powder based on data compiled by the USDA. That same two teaspoons of cinnamon powder provide about 10% of your daily iron and 6% of your daily calcium requirement as well.
